Observation

During onsite monitoring visit, licensor observed onsite and in the MERIT registry system provider Folashade Ediale and childcare staff have not completed required DCYF required training of section (4)-(10). (1) During onsite monitoring visit, licensor observed onsite and in MERIT registry system provider Folashade Ediale and childcare staff have not completed required annual bloodborne pathogens trainings. (10) During monitoring visit, licensor observed in MERIT registry system provider Folashade Ediale's childcare staff have not completed first-aid and CPR required training. (11) During onsite monitoring visit, licensor observed onsite and in MERIT registry system provider Folashade Ediale and childcare staff have not completed the required Washington State Food Handlers Permit training. (12) During monitoring visit, licensor observed in MERIT registry system provider Folashade Ediale's childcare staff Precious Ediale has not completed the 30-hour childcare basic training. (3) During onsite monitoring visit, licensor observed onsite and in MERIT registry system provider Folashade Ediale and childcare staff have not completed the required recognizing and reporting suspected child abuse training. (4) During monitoring visit, licensor observed in MERIT registry system provider Folashade Ediale's childcare staff have not completed the required emergency and disaster preparedness training. (5) During monitoring visit, licensor observed in MERIT registry system provider Folashade Ediale's childcare staff have not completed the required abusive head trauma training. (6) During onsite monitoring visit, licensor observed onsite and in MERIT registry system provider Folashade Ediale and childcare staff have not completed the required families experiencing homelessness training. (7) During onsite monitoring visit, licensor observed onsite and in MERIT registry system provider Folashade Ediale and childcare staff have not completed the required infant safe sleep training. (8) During onsite monitoring visit, licensor observed onsite and in MERIT registry system provider Folashade Ediale and lead teacher staff have not completed the required medication management training.
